Day 5:
Just got back from work, its 5:44pm as I write this. I woke up around 6am this morning and then I took my need2slin along with my LGD, waited a few minutes about 20 min then I went to hit the weight real quick. I only did 2 body parts listed below so when i'm done writing this I will be hitting a second proper workout
This was my quick morning workout.
Bench 3x10x145lbs 3x5x185lbs
Ex curls 5x6x55lbs
I went to attempt standing dumbbells press to, but I felt to weak so I left them to prevent any injury. I noticed that I do need some food in the morning before I workout since I feel pretty weak on some of my normal exercise so I will do another slight adjust by adding in a light but solid meal before I lift.
Ok, I feel like am down about .5-1% bf while maintaining 180lbs which is a good thing. I will also be honest I feel so sleepy, not the lazy sleepy, but the heavy eye / relaxing type sleep and I feel like I am lacking in the energy department. So I know that I'm slightly suppressed. My HCGENERATE and UNLEASHED just came in today along with my bottle of extra bottle of LGD I bought with my own money. I will begin HCG / Unleashed tonight. Diet has been on point!
Hopefully this sleepy spell passes and I hope the energizer bunny comes my way lol!
Off to hit my second workout tonight!
