you have to understand that some people have quick reactions to things and others take a bit longer... that's just the nature of our bodies...
 
Day 5:

Just got back from work, its 5:44pm as I write this. I woke up around 6am this morning and then I took my need2slin along with my LGD, waited a few minutes about 20 min then I went to hit the weight real quick. I only did 2 body parts listed below so when i'm done writing this I will be hitting a second proper workout :)

This was my quick morning workout.

Bench 3x10x145lbs 3x5x185lbs
Ex curls 5x6x55lbs

I went to attempt standing dumbbells press to, but I felt to weak so I left them to prevent any injury. I noticed that I do need some food in the morning before I workout since I feel pretty weak on some of my normal exercise so I will do another slight adjust by adding in a light but solid meal before I lift.

Ok, I feel like am down about .5-1% bf while maintaining 180lbs which is a good thing. I will also be honest I feel so sleepy, not the lazy sleepy, but the heavy eye / relaxing type sleep and I feel like I am lacking in the energy department. So I know that I'm slightly suppressed. My HCGENERATE and UNLEASHED just came in today along with my bottle of extra bottle of LGD I bought with my own money. I will begin HCG / Unleashed tonight. Diet has been on point!

Hopefully this sleepy spell passes and I hope the energizer bunny comes my way lol!

Off to hit my second workout tonight!

Day 6:

Feeling much better now that am two days in with HCG & Unleashed, not trying hyping things up but damn these simple products just work there is no bs to them!, balls are starting to hang a little bit better and no joke i'm already feeling better. Thank goodness for HCG & Unleashed. I been taking my need2slin 2 caps 30min before breakfast and I love them <3 on my off days from work I will take a extra 2 for lunch or I might do 1 for lunch / 1 for dinner.

I just weighed myself no clothes and the scale says i'm up +4 lbs :) so I am now 184 lbs from 180 lbs so for being 1 day shy of a full week and im up 4 lbs with a 1% drop of bf that pretty darn good.

Now lets talk shipping time for that extra bottle I got, I ordered last friday and I received it on wednesday not to bad at all. Package was solid, that suckers was bubble wrapped so tight that a knife hand trouble getting through it. Labeling sucks it like a 4 year old got a hold of a house printer and just printed them and slapped them on the bottle.

I will be doing some light cardio after all workouts my goal is to keep moving any and all extra fat I may have.
 
Day 7:

Off day from work. Had a huge cheat meal which felt good. Feeling alot better now then my previous days thanks to hcg & unleashed.

I have been putting on some very nice clean lean size on my short and sweet workout approach, as far as strength and reps goes I do feel stronger on my compound lifts but when it come to my accessoires workouts I feel weaker. I don't expect too much just yets since am only a week in so I will gage things better once i'm in week 3. Muscle hardness seems to have died down.

My simple workout for today.

Incline bench: 5x"Fail"x145 lbs
Standing dumbbell press: 4 set each arm to fail 35lbs.

Making slow and steady gains!

yea im like you bro. i need food somewhat close to workout time or i feel weak as hell! not a huge meal but something.I deff cant workout fasted like some Intermittent faster's do.. not for me!No matter what im on.

give it time bro. it will happen. i will be following all the way

Ya I can't workout fasted at all, I have tried so many times lol. Haa those people who can train on a empty stomach are lucky!

i know man.. me too. i really wanted to also due to a program i was trying to follow but my workouts were shit.Kind of bummed me out.
