So a week or so ago i was given the privilege to try N2-AMP from Needtobuildmuscle, Needto picked me and i gladly accepted. I just recently received the bottle. The bottle looks fantastic by the way, nice and hefty too, means i got a few pills to last me
so i'm starting the pills today, it's leg day for me so what a co-winki-dink ya?
normally i just go in with my carbs jacked up and a few meals under my belt, and some atrophex just to remove some water weight, other then that i'm usually pretty normal in terms of stimulants and pre-workouts and all that hallabuloo.
usually, since this is a supp that gives garden hose veins, i have three AC veins that are pretty good size, they show quite well and they follow all the way down my forearm and twist to the back of my hand, the back of my hands look like old peoples veiny ass hands, so if you have the picture good, i'm not going into more detail about that, so i'll be looking forward to seeing how my veins explode up!
tonight, i'll be hitting the weights hard, i'll start with the power sled warming up with 200 and gradually moving up to my max (the amount the machine can hold not me) of 1100ish pounds. after that i'll move to leg extensions starting at 100 and moving up to 300 again the max the machine can hold even after rigging up plates to it and using pins and all that, after that i'll move to squats, now i'm not the worlds best squatter, i've had knee problems since i was young and fat, i can do 135 no prob, 225 gives me some trouble 315 hurts but it still do it and 405 and i look like a highschool dumbass showing off so take that for what it's worth, afterwards i'll move to leg curls usually just stick pretty light, i don't like to tear up my hamstrings too much there is only 2 of the buggers, and then i'll do some stiff legged DL to finish it up and get a god stretch.
i'm usually pretty dead by the time i end the workout so i'll let you know how the workout goes after tonight and with the N2-AMP in my system!
