Log: HCGenerate, gear, ERASE

Alright ladies and gents!

Today I finally got my HCGenerate, gear, Erase, and need2sleep in the mail. To be honest I saw other Canadian posters who said their shipments took upwards of 2 weeks, and I was surprised when they arrived in the mail today after only just more than a week.
I will also be adding ephedrine/caffeine to this.

I’m not going to get into diet as I carb load on my lift days, and it’s just too much to type. It consists mostly of chicken, broccoli, fish, eggs, skim milk, oatmeal, and some lean beef. Since I’m aiming for a recomp, I’ve dropped my calories about 300-400 / day below maintenance.
Like I said, carb loading on lift days, actually only on 2 of my 3 lift days. Those 2 days will be a ratio of approximately (p/c/f) 40/40/20 and on my non-lift/cardio days the ratio looks more like 60/20/20.

Training is a Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday, the focus being on maintaining my current strength and mass, while really leaning up. That said, I’m keeping my training abbreviated on 2 of the 3 days with a focus on big heavy lifts for set/rep schemes of typically 3 x 6-8.

Tuesday----

Squats
Overhead Press (standing w/ barbell, clean the first rep)
Barbell Rows
Heavy Barbell Cheat Curls
Pushups

Thursday----

Deadlifts
Power Cleans
Close Grip Bench
Explosive Push Press
Shrugs

Saturday----

Squats
Bench press (barbell)
Dumbell Rows
High Pulls

Cardio will be done Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Monday and Wednesday will be 1 hour of moderate work, and Sunday will be a half hour of intense intervals. Cardio days will also incorporate a lot of swiss ball work (standing on ball, kneeling on ball, kneeling on ball while tossing medicine balls, etc.) as I find the core stability I gain from these kind of exercises really carries over into things like squats, OH press, etc.

Not too sure of my EXACT weight right now, I put it at around 290. I’ll see tomorrow and post all of my physical stats and max weights, etc.

Log will start Saturday the 8th and will run 4 weeks.

alright so saturday was training day, and it was also the day i started all of the supps.
training was pretty regular, didn't notice too much different. perhaps a slight boost in endurance which could be attributed to any one of the 3 supplements.

for saturday and sunday, i went 10 caps HCGenerate, 3 caps erase, and 10 caps gear
let me say, it did NOT take long for the combo of HCGenerate and Erase to kick in. my girlfriend, hell, even my own body, couldn't keep up with my johnson. i got more cardio in this weekend then i have in a long time lol. i felt like i was 15 again. just the briefest thought of any sexual anything and i was ready to go. that alone in my opinion is worth the cost :)
what i do notice now on monday, is that i seem to be recovering slightly faster than usual. needless to say i can't wait to get back in the gym tomorrow and kill some shiz!
my only complaint is a slight headache that seems to appear in the evening. nothing too intense tho, just a mild throbbing. will keep updated on that.

so far, so good!

Keep it up man. I love the exercises a lot of good dynamic movements for building real world strength.

A note about erase. It works insanely good. Too Good. I had to dial it down cause it was killing my joints. So I'd definitely split those doses up, and if you gotta onely run 1 or 2 caps a day that's A OK.

Good luck with everything man.

Definitely feel you on that one Rick. TBH, I feel pretty good running the erase 3x a day, but that could also explain the headaches i start to get in the evening, which would pretty well correspond with the timing of my last dose. maybe i'll try bumping it down to 1 cap am and 1 cap pm.

what's the timing on your doses like? right now with the 3 per day, i've been doing 8am, 2pm, and 8pm.

I've been running the HCGenerate at 10caps/day. The Erase I dropped down to 1am and 1pm only and the headaches seem to no longer be present. Still feeling great. I feel like I'm getting so much out of my diet when combined with the gear, I could only imagine if I had a bottle of Need2Slin to go along with it...
I felt great all day at work today, ate a ton and drank buckets of water. My appetite has definitely increased some, and the libido effects are still sky high.
Hit the weights hard after work and hit some nice PRs. My squat is low because I broke my ankle playing hockey in October and once it was sufficiently healed just did Bosu squats to try and rehab it. Compared to my deadlift at 3x5 @ 315lbs, it's getting there, but still pretty weak.

Squats - 4x5 @ 225lbs
Overhead Press - 3x6 @ 150lbs
Barbell Rows - 3x8 @ 185lbs
Heavy Cheat Curls - 3x6 @ 120lbs
Pushups 3x12

The greatest part was that I always felt like I still had gas in the tank. Recovery between sets is definitely improving.

Less than a week in and I'm having fun already. I feel like I'm so motivated to eat properly, and like a champ..., and train like a beast.

Hey Bro I was doing one Post workout and one at bed time. I've stopped running it until I'm at like 6% bodyfat. That's when loosing gets really damn hard.

Hi pal, I really like the look of your routine. Full body training FTW. I will be following this with interest because NTBM have just launched over in the UK and there seems to be a bit of hype about their products so I'm interested in seeing some feedback from this side of the pond before I commit to purchase anything.

Happy lifting

sorry it's been a minute! haven't had a chance to actually get on here for more than a few minutes to give an update.
had two workouts since the last one, and felt amazing both times i left the gym. the first workout i smashed previous rep PRs on all my lifts, easily hitting 8 with what i expected to only barely manage 6 on. so that felt nice.
the libido kick is still crazy, and recovery is swift as well. i've moved to a very low-carb diet, and the other day was my first time in the gym with no carbs pre workout. i actually felt really good, and although i didn't hit any new PRs on either reps or weights, i still felt really strong being able to make the same lifts i made the previous week, only this time around minus a 75g carb loadup prior.

going to start some HIIT cardio tomorrow, running (in the cold, supposed to be -26 celsius tomorrow here lol) on an empty stomach, so a few weeks of that and i'll definitely be able to tell how well the cortisol blocking properties of Erase are working.

Those are some top notch products that you're running ,of course you can tell that by the effects they have.

so my workout yesterday was BIG. i smashed some previous PR's and felt amazing.
note: i have dropped the Erase down to 1 pill ed. My knees were starting to ache and generally felt like my joints were a bit too dry. a few days with the 1-a-day dose and i'm feeling better.
unfortunately i went a bit apeshit with the HCGenerate when i got it, dosing at 10 a day, so i definitely won't make it a full 30 days. with the cardio i've been doing and the low-carb, i've already dropped an inch and a half off of my waist, and am already seeing some improved definition in quads, traps, and especially front delts.

so far, so good. rick o' shea warned me earlier of the powerful effects of Erase. i definitely can now understand just how potent this supp is. im gonna stick to 1 a day for the cortisol effects alone. amazing shit.

Thank you thank you thank you!

Nice to see such a training routine that focuses in big exercises. alot of people forget that massiv benchpresses with no failure also will develop strength in front shoulder and triceps

Deadlifts and pullups are great for biceps.. understand indirectly training the smaller muscle groups by doing the big ones.

Ive never been a fan of those that do 4020set of 10reps with 120exercises for one muscle group, they are all like yeah im training the middle part of my chest then the side, then the upper, then the lower, then the fullness and afterward the sharpness LOARL `?

Ill be following, keep on

any one able to link me erase in pm ?

hey bro, thanks for the kind words.

i think the majority of folks at public gyms are grossly overtraining. i see guys doing 30 sets PER body part. that's nuckin futs if you ask me. not to mention those consist of pec deck flyes, etc.

you can pick Erase up at Orbit Nutrition. you won't regret it, and it's a really good price. Orbit is a solid dude and he has always given me top notch advice, not to mention excellent customer service!

voijn - you're right, the prices ARE crazy! you won't be disappointed by the service either :)

haven't been to the gym since my last post. i had a severe pain right in the palm of my hand, and my wrist started to bother me for a few days as well. i ordered up some Inzer pro black wrist wraps, which should get here some time next week.
in the meantime, my hand as a whole is feeling quite a bit better and the temperature outside is actually not -40 celsius today, so ill be hitting the weights hard tonight after work and come back with some details.
it will be interesting to see how my strength / endurance is after a week with no workouts, but still dosing the hcgenerate, erase, and gear every day.
