one thing i dont get is why the chat board is sooo cencored by the mods...what ever happened to the 1rst ammendmant....there is no freedom of speech on EF.....that sux...

The First Amendment only applies to the government regulating your speech, you have no right to free speech on any privately owned forum or in the workplace, etc...
