^^ i probably was off. my body fat was low to mid teens.

someone should make a vid or take pics of the spot if its as good a spot as you guys say i would love to find the sweet spot

Gave it a shot a few hours ago with some Sust. not to hard to find I just hope I used a long enough pin. Only had a 1" at the time so I just buried it. No pain yet but I will let you know tomorrow! That is usually when it starts to sting a bit. If all is good this will be my favorite spot to. thanks again for the tip!

I only use 1" pins and shoot ventro glutes a lot. if your BF is not too high you'll be fine.
