ALT and AST in the low 100's are not uncommon as a result of heavy eccentric exercise alone, without AAS. They can come from muscle damage and ALT has a longer half-life in the blood.
I'd bet that if you stopped working out for 3 weeks but stayed on your cycle, that your LFTs would likely normalize. This is the best way to determine what is causing what, esp if you're on most of the year.
If GGT and ALK-P are elevated, then that is different. Those values are not affected by exercise.
