Liver Flush

This is a very interesting subject. I have just done a colon cleanse (using psyllium husk fiber), which I usually do every 3-4 months. Next I will do a parasite cleanse, and then a liver cleanse. I will post how I feel, during after the liver cleanse.

OK, so i'm teaching class right now........here's the deal. I took 5 ckls last night at aobut 1am. Today I haven't ate a thing......just some coffee and water. At 11:15 I'm gonna take 5 more ckls and wait a half hour, then i'll drink the 16oz of cold pressed, unrefined olive oil and chase it with lemon juice. should take 3-4 hours before i start ripping it.
