liver cleanse

A few people have asked about the liver cleanse I mentioned for acne. I found one online that is similar to the one I did. Click on the first method on the webpage. When I did it, i was told to drink at least a quart of organic apple juice (preferably with the sediments still at the bottom for the pectin) for 3 days in advance to loosen the stones. I was also told to eat nothing but vegetables during those 3 days. I blew that part off and ate like normal, but I did drink the apple juice. im interested in liver clean.. ive passed one stone in my life (im 22) and it hurt like hell.. does liver cleanser help w/ the pain or am i fucked there?

I did the cleanse about 2 weeks ago. No pain at all, but you are passing the stones with a bowel movement, not when you urinate. The liver stones are passed into the stomach and through the intestines. As for any stones passed when you pee, I don't think this will affect that either way. I think that would be a kidney stone. Hope that helps.

i just ordered that oxy shit, and ordered some fiber and herbs for the liver detox.

Wow this thread has changed! It used to have like 7 pages of responses to people's questions about the cleanse. Anyway, if anyone wants to try it, just shoot me a pm, and I'll answer them all over again....sigh.

One tip: Lay on your right side immediately after you drink the oil/juice emulsion for 30 minutes. Then you can sprawl out and sleep as you normally do.
