First I just made the contents of this post up while I was trying to sleep.
I dont do these,just thought of them,think I will try it though. I couldnt explain the actual science behind the idea,cause I simply dont know it,as I said its some of the garbage in my head but here goes-if you prove me wrong on every level I dont mind,as I said mind trash.
1-When breathing most of us use normal short breaths,try breathing deep and holding for 5-6seconds,and trying to make this a secondary habit,it just seems it would help improve lung air capacity. Not when lifting or running just when you know,normally---of course dont make yourself turn blue or nothing,just whatever is comfy
2-Why walk when you can run? I mean if your in decent shape instead of moping to the mailbox or down the stairs or whatever or wherever you go(except some places,like jail or a restaurant) just jog or run there.Youll recover and make some small progress but over time hell who knows
3-Always try and think of small things like this,it may be useful example:make chewing gum that whitens teeth or something what you chew,instead of the gum which does quite the opposite.
4-I want one of those urinals in the shape of a womans mouth....um....
