Liquid Var - how often do YOU dose?

I hear of people dosing anywhere from 2-4 times a day.

Half life is about 9 hours, so twice seems fine to me. 4 seems redundant.

I would like to dose only twice a day for convenience sake, else I need to carry some with me. Obviously not ideal. Given they're not tabs, it would be difficult...


Might just go 3 times and split it like 7am / 5pm / 10pm. Best I can do I think when dealing with 3 doses.

5 Eggs + 4 egg whites... Ahhh!!!!

Going to stick with 2 doses a day for now I think. See how that goes. I'll have 11 and 13 hour gaps in between. Not a big deal with a 9 hour half life.

Carrying around a vial of Var at work isn't exactly my thing

I go AM/PM with ANAVAR
You could go AM/NOON/PM too.

i was under the impression liquid var doesnt exist, interesting. does it work as well as the oral version?
