Liquid Diet - a friend of mine is on one

I have a very close friend who used the same 'excuse' to hide her ED. I guarantee your friend is NOT getting all of the nutrients she needs to be healthy on the inside. I guess if she really needs to be that beautiful on the outside then more power to her. If you're a good friend you may want to take her aside and teach her PROPER diet before she kills herself.

Or at least try, it's not easy - you can't make someone change.

She's getting 600 cals per day tops, likely less.
Each latte is probably 86-110 cals

yeah ive posted pics before, and she does "cheat" with snacks frequently.. ive seen her eat something solid, and the shitting once per month is my guess, i didn't actually ask, but I am damn curious!

Liquid diet = leaky ass... High sodium soups and not enough water dehydration. Not to mention high amounts of laxatives she 'might' take. My guess is, her ass smells like a septic tank since she is rotting herself from inside out.
