Ok, went in for a rare saturday (feb 2) cardio session in the afternoon. I weighed in at just under 215 lbs. I know this is up, but i rountinely weigh 2-2.5 lbs higher in the afternoon than i do in the mornings. This is why i normally weigh myself in the mornings. Anyway, I popped 3 caps a solid hour before i hit the tread mill. I did 5.6 miles in 51 minutes, a new personal best. I did not ramp up the speed as quick as i did 6.0 mph for 20 minutes, then 6.5mph for 20 minutes, then 7 mph for a few minutes and finished at 7.5. Energy was very good. In the mirror I look a little tighter around the love handle area. Maybe thats a placebo effect, but it gives me confidence. I should also say, friday night I ate big at a seafood place and wathced some live comedy which of course meant a few cocktails, so my diet hasn't been all that clean. I gonna try and do another cardio session today (Sunday) because i will be going to a super bowl party tonight and probably will not want to hit the treadmill tommorow morning
