Okay, decided to try Lipoflame. A bit about myself. My stats-30 yrs old, 6'0 ft 215 lbs. Bench max is 2 reps at 315, 475 single rep squats. I'm at 16% body fat, as measured by some hand held device in my doc's office, I simply gripped the handles very hard for about 10 seconds and it gave me a read out. I have no idea of the accuracy but its at least a good estimate. I am a experienced cardio guy running at least 3-3.5 miles on a treadmill in 30 minutes am sessions 4 times a week. I lift in the afternoons. I am actually trying to push myself to 45 minute treadmill sessions where I run about 5 miles. I am an experienced energy/fat supplement guy having used t-rex, albuteral, and ec stacks on many occasions. I'm in good shape, just can't rid myself of a little stubborn back fat/love handles.
So i get the bottle on Saturday (jan 26). Its not a workout day but i pop four in with dinner (730pm). The bottle says not to take them after 7 but I was gonna be out socializing that night and figured most the effects would wear off by 2 am or so. It was probably not a good idea to take them when i was gonna be having a few drinks, but I simply downed a bottle of water and there were no ill effects. Matter of fact, very little effect at all, but I contribue that to the slight buzz from the alcohol.
Anyways, took 4 more with a glass of water on an empty stomach at 630 am this morning (monday, jan 28). Started my cardio at 730 am, did 4.75 miles in 42 minutes. Felt pretty good. Went home and drank my protein a little too fast and got that blah feeling right now. Feeling pretty alert at the moment but not jittery. Apparently Lipoflame has the added effect of making one ramble while typing journals into a computer. I may try 5 caps tommorow am.

,most people use only 3 caps, Women often 2

I would not go past 4 2 times a day

4 with some fruit will make it STRONGER in terms of stim properties SIr.
 
I started a journal when i started taking lipoflame and after a few days i was at 3 caps 2times a day, cleaned my diet up something serious, and i was losing a steady 4lbs a week. Stopped taking lipoflame, and im still losing 4lbs a week.
 
Okay, tuesday (jan 29) update. Took 3 caps with half an apple at 640 am. Got to the gym around 710 am and had to wait for my normal treadmill, so i did a little abwork and hopped on the treadmill around 730. Went 4.4 miles in 40 minutes. Probably trying to increase my time too much too fast. I actually went 5 miles in just under 45 minutes last Thursday, but mentally i know i had the next 2 days off, so that may have helped push me. Still, its my legs that are tiring out, not my lungs. I should mention I don't have the best knees in the world.

I did weigh in at slightly under 215. I know I weighed myself two straight days, but this is not standard practice for me. Also, I had a big splurge foodwise last night. Some buddies and I wanted to go see Rambo, so we ate Applebees where i had a salad and chicken alfredo. Also had a bit of candy at the theater. BTW, Rambo is still a badass.
 
Day 3 (wed, jan 30)
Popped 4 caps with half a banana at 645 am and hit the tread mill at 730 am. Went just over 4 miles in 40 minutes on the treadmill. My legs are really tired. Energy was good though, and alertness is still higher than normal even now. Not jittery. It may be placebo, but i feel a little leaner. Work has been hellacious all week so i've needed the extra boost. I did not weigh myself this morning.
 
Day 4(thurs, jan 31)

Took 3 caps with banana this am. Hit 5 miles in just over 45 minutes on the treadmill. Weighed in at 213.5. Energy good, but legs are shot for a couple days, guess i'm getting old.

also try to have the caps with 1/3 of an apple

for some reason it the superior fruit choice
 
Ok, went in for a rare saturday (feb 2) cardio session in the afternoon. I weighed in at just under 215 lbs. I know this is up, but i rountinely weigh 2-2.5 lbs higher in the afternoon than i do in the mornings. This is why i normally weigh myself in the mornings. Anyway, I popped 3 caps a solid hour before i hit the tread mill. I did 5.6 miles in 51 minutes, a new personal best. I did not ramp up the speed as quick as i did 6.0 mph for 20 minutes, then 6.5mph for 20 minutes, then 7 mph for a few minutes and finished at 7.5. Energy was very good. In the mirror I look a little tighter around the love handle area. Maybe thats a placebo effect, but it gives me confidence. I should also say, friday night I ate big at a seafood place and wathced some live comedy which of course meant a few cocktails, so my diet hasn't been all that clean. I gonna try and do another cardio session today (Sunday) because i will be going to a super bowl party tonight and probably will not want to hit the treadmill tommorow morning
 
As i thought, I went to a super bowl party last night and did not feel like running this am. But i did pop three caps and ran 4.25 miles a couple hours before the game yesterday (Sunday, feb 3). Once again I did this without fruit, but i will be going to the store today. Energy was great once again, I was only planning on running 3 miles in 30 minutes but went for 40 minutes and over 4 miles. Weighed in at 214.5.
 
Tuesday feb 5

Back to the morning cardion routine. Popped three caps with half an apple, some water and some BCAA's at 6 am. Laid back down and got back up 45 minutes later. Stepped on the treadmill and ran 6.1 miles in one hour, new personal best. Just stayed at 6.o mph for about 40 minutes then stepped up to 6.1 mph just to make sure i got the 6 miles in one hour, had to make up for the time it took to reach 6.0 mph. Felt decent but a little blah right now which is 1.5 hours later. Also weighed in at 215.7. Just started back on creatine last night so this may be why the scale may not move much. Not gonna weigh myself for another week though
 
I just started Lipo and Amp again for the first time in over a year, Ive been back on my ECAY stack and figured it was time to give my CNS a break. Popped 4 caps of Lipoflame about an hour ago, about to do cardio before work. Ill let you guys know how it goes. 3 months till basketball season and 20lbs to cut to 10%bf. :-P

Good luck. Where are you that basketball starts in 3 months, thought it was already in full swing. Plus how the heck do i have over 2500 posts, they must be multiplying every post i make by 50 or a 100
 
Wednesday, feb 6

I popped three caps with half an apple this am. I got on the treadmill about an hour later. I was not aiming to run for a full hour today, and i didn't. I hit 4.5 miles in 45 minutes. Can't do six miles everyday, plus i was a little chaffed yesterday if you know what i mean. Btw, any ideas on how to combat this, I wear spandex under my shorts and 95% of the time this works but not yesterday. I had several gold bond moments. I did not weigh in as i stand by my decision to not weigh myself for a week. Plus with the addition of creatine to my supplementation, i will be retaining a few lbs.
 
save the creatine for post workout ( be it running or lifting) water retention is kept minimal this way ( not sure why)
 
Omega, once i have the creatine loaded into my system i will just be consuming it with my post workout shake. Until then i also take it with my post cardio shake.
 
Omega, just ordered your amp 02 so i will throw that in too when i get it. I was gonna wait til after my vacation later this month, but the vacation got pushed back three weeks, so i figured i could get a solid 4 weeks in with it
