I just got my order of lipoflame in the mail today and i wanna keep track of the results so i figured i would post up here so you all could see them too.
Cardio schedule
Monday- 5am empty stomach 35 minutes cross trainer
Tuesday- After work (5pm) 45 minutes stationary bike
Wed- OFF
Thursday-OFF
Friday-5am empty stomach 35 minutes cross trainer
Saturday-Late afternoon 45 minutes stationary bike
I cant run or lift weights because of a 4wheeler accident a few months back and i still have 2 more months before i can do any impact activities or lift. My starting weight 10 days ago was 223 at 24% bf im now at 209 lbs, BF is unknown at this time. Im eating 5 smalls meals a day, im not super strict on it right now as anything was better than the 6-9 thousand calories a day i was consuming sitting on my injured ass and not working. I do however keep my calories at 500-550 below my BMR and eat only lean proteins (mainly fish and chicken, sometimes venison), get my carbs from oatmeal, brown rice, steamed veggies and whole grain breads, no carbs (other than veggies) are consumed after my 3rd meal, i avoid sugars and foods high in sodium. I do not smoke, and i quit drinking so i imagine most of the weight i lost already was water weight. I drink 1/2 to one gallon of water a day and im not taking any supplements. Ill post on here every saturday and update my weight and at the end of 40 days ill post up my new BF percentage. Ill also add updates on how it made me feel on an empty stomach, how it works after a long day at work (i work for a water utility company doing service work, similar to construction) how it affects my sleep when i take it in the afternoon, how it improves my workouts, mood, and anything else i can think of. Ill post up anytime i change my workout schedule or if i change the number of cals i go below my BMR. Took my first dose 25 minutes ago so im gonna start driving to the gym.
