if u have natural high cholesterol and are worried about increasing your cholesterol levels should a person consider lipitor or another statin med just to be safe.cholesterol is 7.2 the norm is between 5 and 6 that is total cholesterol.any replies is appreciated.

what do you eman you ahve naturally high cholesterol? you men before, or during roid use?

non drug measures are the best of course, but if youre about to go on roids etc for long periods of time, then yes, certainly consider going on a statin drug.

Side effects of statin drugs include muscle inflammation, liver damage and gyno...seems hardcore dietary changes should be made first then i would imagine you would probably want to avoid oral AAS at all costs.

I dont understand the measurement that your using. Could you give us the hdl and ldl numbers? I have seen my buddys go through the roof while on a cycle.

as mentioned before this is a genetic disposition not a dietary one, done numerous cycles before but as we are all getting older some should ere on the side of caution.doc said he's not to worried i'm in good health don't smoke not dieabetic or overweight and bloodpressure is good .the natural products that are available do have some side effects i don't care if they are natural they don't just tell u that plus there not regulated or studied.however lipitor has and is covered under your insurance for pennies were the so called natural is not.

Dude, I own 2000 shares of Magistral Biotech and I strongly recommend it! You should buy a bottle or two. Don't risk the sides of statin drugs. Libracol has been studied and proven, just check their press releases.

The product is Libracol and its all natural and actually scientifically proven to lower cholesterol levels up to 40% without side effects associated with statins.

That's look very interesting...thanks for the info. I have high cholesterol levels too. A genetic problem. Most of the people says that it can be controlled with diet and excercise, and it's true. But in that case I should have to be eating veggies all day long. This is a genetic pre disposition to high LDL. My dad was in the navy, was always athlete, very healthy, fit, never in his life overweight and now at 73 has 5 by-passes with 2 previous heart attacks. Cause? high cholesterol.

I'm fucked...:(

Have you had your cholesterol checked pre-cycle, intra-cycle (orals and injectables) and post cycle? I Know this is a lot of blood work, but it could lead to some insight into the AAS contributution to your elevated cholestrol. If you are only doing a cycle a year then I wouldn't worry about it, but if you are cycling on a reular basis it might help you make your decision. The statin drugs work well, but I just wouldn't add it on top of anything else that stresses the liver. Just my .02
