But seriously, you actually have two goals, and the methods of pursuing them are to some degree, incompatible. For losing fat, and gaining definition, you should direct a thread at one of the CKG gurus on the Diet or Training board.
For gaining that mass you are looking for, Go with a simple 3+1 split. Or if you are feeling froggy, jump into a 5X5 routine. Again, the training board is the place to ask about that.
As far as steroid advice, you are in the right place.
Just know going in, that this is not a quick fix, and that to get where you want, from where you are, will most likely take YEARS.
