lifting programs?

I'm 6'1" 200lbs out of shape no gym time in about a year my goal is to lose the bit of gut i have and gain some definition and i also would like to be at least 215lbs solid lean mass any diet or lifting programs that can help? and also any recommended supplements

But seriously, you actually have two goals, and the methods of pursuing them are to some degree, incompatible. For losing fat, and gaining definition, you should direct a thread at one of the CKG gurus on the Diet or Training board.

For gaining that mass you are looking for, Go with a simple 3+1 split. Or if you are feeling froggy, jump into a 5X5 routine. Again, the training board is the place to ask about that.

As far as steroid advice, you are in the right place.

Just know going in, that this is not a quick fix, and that to get where you want, from where you are, will most likely take YEARS.

Do not take any fat burners until you are on the proper diet and have the correct training..They should only be an aid when your metabolism eventually slows from dieting..dont use them as a crutch just a waste of money if you ask me...

i need some good workout routines that i can do with just dumbbells for now because with work now i can't get to a gym all the time but i have a full set of dumbbells at home and am getting a bench soon. any suggestions
