Lifting heavy and your body!!!

i'm always ripping ass on good mornings
also every pore on my face looks like it gets blood in it when i bench heavy

Left wrist hurts bad as I write this after benching low reps heavy weight. Although right now everything is healing I nthe past two years I had the following. Rotator cuff and bone spur surgery Jan 04, tennis elbow surgery Jan 05. Been lifting 27 years. Never missed more than a month except for my surgery recoveries. Don't feel alone. It happens. I wouldn't change though it beats being a wimp.

Popped both my eyes in the last national champioships. Had no white in my eyes for about 2 weeks. The right eye had a pool of blood underneath the layer of the eye, looked horrible. I was the spawn on satan for about 2-3 weeks...LOL

That's friggin awesome. Everytime I take a weight, I get 4 shades darker from the shoulders up.

I've actually taken a couple of weeks off and my pooper is starting to heal, think it was a combination of too heavy weights and too much protein with too little water....

Sometimes I have to make alot of sacrifices in my personal life in order to be able to lift heavy. I seem to need alot of sleep after heavy lifting, and at work I try to keep off my feet as much as I can because my knees get very sore from continuous standing.

I get popped blood vessels on my shoulders from heavy squats.

Whenever I shake someone's hand that I don't know they make a weird face because I have huge callouses.

My knees making popping noise for a few days after a leg workout.

And I have stretchmarks on my shoulders and glute/hip area.
