its time to get a new lifting belt. lets not go into what happened to my old one, although it was by FAR the prettiest lifting belt you ever saw. pink suade and it had my name embroidered in big black lettering on the back. and i have a long name.
anyway, i know i need single prong. my last one was double and i had to look in the mirror to get it buckled. Pain in the butt.
so i'll probably just get an inzer belt. in either pink again (which insures that no guy will steal it) or red, which matches my crains wraps.
here's my decision though:

I'm considering either the red one on the page, or the less expensive purple one that's narrower. I'm short waisted, so i don't have a lot of room at my ribcage and standard belts seem to fit me like a corset. but maybe its silly to spend all that money and only get the little bodybuilder one (i'm a powerlifter) and i should just get used to the bruises on my ribcage and shut up.
what do you think?
