Lifetime HRT and Arimidex

On a previous post, (11/29/06) I stated that I'm on a HRT program for life. At 52, I take 1.5 iu daily 6x week, 150mg test creme daily and now 25 mg DHEA (was 50 mg but Doc cut me back). This cutback on the DHEA was because of my early signs of Gyno - tender breasts, swollen, etc. I've been advised on this board and have read LION say to take AI -- arimidex 2-3 times a week. My question and it may be elementary to most need some help. do you stay on this AI forever or just cyle it to keep away the gyno symtoms ?

I am 39 and on HRT. 100 mgs test c per week. I do a mild cycle twice a year. I use a dex while on just HRT. If i feel I am getting some bloat, I will run it for several weeks at .5 mgs eod. This works for me.

I'm still looking for the answer.....if I used arimidex, would I cycle it for x amount of weeks even though I'm on a lifetime HRT program. How many weeks ? Same w/ AIFM ? would i cycle this for x amount of weeks ? Also is AIFM all natural ? I just want to clear up some early gyno warnings.....

I am now convinced that over-50 males would do well to use an AI irrespective of their HRT or cycling. Knocking down estrogen is a no-brainer when one sees the soft bodies, saggy tits and the difficulty getting exercise to 'kick-in' as the norm in older men. So the answer to your question is: Use AI's--ed, eod, 2x/w--forever, and especially if you're on any exogenous test. You'll have to decide on the type and dosages through study and experience.

Most physicians are aggressively ignorant and judgemental about this but they'll be happy to take your money for the 'consult.'

start out a .25 mg 3x week mon wed fri. If that does not clear up the problem up it to .5 don't want to take a dose that is 2 high, I was told by a MOD in the juicers forum to start out at .5 a day for a week then go up to 1 mg per day. It was way more than i needed. I'm 50 no hgh yet soon but not yet, i run 250 mg test cyp per week, My own HRT when i start hgh i will run 2iu per day 125 mg test per week arimidex .25 mon wed fri... adex works

HRT is for life ... HGH, Test and a-dex.

I'm on 1.25 iu HGH eod, 100mg topical everyday (body gets 10 mg) and 0.5 a-dex Sun and Thurs. This is the prescribed HRT drugs from my Dr prescribed program through the U of Mich hospital.

This is not a cycle and simply puts me at the top of my blood test ranges. I feel great and get laid every night with no Viagra.

I'm 63.
