I looked into it and it's only a $20 supplement. How much of this do you recommend I use each bottle comes with 30 capsules. Should I use one today or should I double it up?

On it's own you won't notice much. You would get more out of getting better quality sleep and making any necessary dietary adjustments. Make sure you are hydrated too. It makes a huge difference.
