Had Westboro just protested this one funeral then you would have a point. The fact they religiously protest at funerals means they weren't singling out this family. Maybe Pick3 should get his buddies together and road trip to every Westboro service and perform legal but lewd geigh acts in front of their church during service time.

yeah the 1st amendment guarantees them the freedom to do a very stupid thing. but local municipalities should pass laws keeping protestors away from all funerals. say 200 feet. this would be the best solution.

I thought Kansas had already implemented a law requiring protesters at funerals to remain 150 feet away?
