What's up everyone? I'm kickstarting my Test/Tren cycle with Sarms1 LGD-4033. Why not oral aas? Well, my liver just needs a break for once. It's not healthy to repeatedly run orals. LGD shouldn't elevate ALT/AST and it's great for adding lean, keepable mass. I ran the sarms1 Triple Stack and it was potent as hell so I figured I would give their LGD a try.

I'm pretty conservative with compounds and dosages. I feel like this leaves me a lot of room to grow with aas for years to come. It also helps to avoid injury and side effects by not putting on too much weight at once. I'll be increasing dosages as I feel necessary to combat myostatin. I'm hoping to put on 7-10 lbs of lean mass which shouldn't be too difficult. Thanks for following!
Update:
Took first dose of LGD two days ago. I dosed 7mg then 7mg the next day and today 7.5mg. I'll gradually increase until I'm at 10mg, then I'll increase by 1mg each week. I trained delts yesterday with no strength increases to report.
