I busted the prami into a very small portion last night a took it. Had a little sleeplessness afterward but I'm not sick today. This shit actually keeps me bed ridden at anything over .25mg

Update:
Worked legs on Friday and added 10lbs to my squat! I had more in me but I didn't want to push the limits. Hit chest on Sunday and completely redeemed myself from the last chest workout. Feeling strong and tight as hell! Quite a bit of muscle hardness

Good question... Haven't done that in a long time. I stay in the 12-15 rep range for all lifts
I was thinking about doing a max day soon but I work out alone in my garage so it can be risky going heavy. It's mainly why I stay in the high rep range
