I just received my bottle. The bottle says 2-4 caps between meals 3 time daily but I have read somewhere of course now I can't find it to take 4 caps twice daily 4 hours apart for best results.
I do cardio first thing in the morning sometimes lift after cardio but most the time come back at night for lifting
I also take one klonopin at night before bed and one after the gym then breakfast in the morning for anxiety just wanted to verify it's ok to take this. This was one of the main reasons I went with levorex over t-rex because its stimulant free
Those using it what do you find the best dose and timeframe is
