i don't know. a few things come to mind

During one of me and my ex's bad fights she said "You'd never find another girl like me...and that no other girl would ever want to be with you" and that she wishes she never met me.my self esteem was pretty low at that point for alot of other reasons . i was inclined to believe it even if it wasn't true

another time (i told this story here before) i was up at U of florida and i hooked up with this straight up stunning, tall, half brazilian half polish girl up there. We texted and talked on the phone for about 2 weeks after i left....she was starting to get really into me. I was visit my friends again soon, so we were gonna get together and i was gonna stay with her for a day or two.

anyways, she found my myspace a few days before and saw a bunch of old pictures of me from years ago..not exactly flattering ones.the only pictures i had up there. (i was way more jacked, tan and better looking when we met). So she decides to make a fake myspace account with pictures of a really ugly girl trying to say it was her.

i called her out on it, and she goes "Yeah...sorry, you're not what i remember and i think its best we don't see each other this weekend. i just didn't want to tell you that".

Isn't it amazing the lengths girls will go through to avoid actually confronting a dude? She could have just said "you know, this just isn't going to work for me." Instead she made a fucking myspace page - so much more effort.

that prolly would have messed with most anyone's mind, what I thought of reading that, sometimes CW it's just a right place and time type of deal. When those change, it's not the same. I've experienced some of that, like spring break or vacations, every thing just seems to be fine, then after time passes and we get back to our normal lives and shit, the relationship changes. I used to travel alot, met some really neat women, when your the "new guy" in town AND your leaving in a few days, there is an attraction that happens too...
