Lets face it when your "off" cycle the pumps are not there like you remember which sucks. PCT sucks cuz clomid makes me all emotional. Everytime you weigh in you think to yourself awww shit i lost another couple of lbs. Your dont give a fuck attitude dwindles away and i tend to look at myself working out thinking about what i will use next and how i will get back to where i was. Its kinda like a addict your always searching for the pump always looking for that feeling you have while on and when you cant find it you feel like shit. Just like any kind of dope thats addicting...we are always chasing that high :rasta:
 
I dont know if I would go so far to call myself an addict. But I do love my gear. :)

Hell...as much as I tried to deny it...i'm addicted! I like how I feel when i'm On...and when i'm off...I look forward to feeling the way I was again when I am On!!! Its a vicious cycle....a vicious cycle....
 
I don’t think the term addict is negative,



Addicted to something that feels good and is good for your health.



Just like General Potter of MASH, I have been doing every day for the past 10 years and not addicted yet.
 
i'd say i'm more addicted to lifting.. if i miss a day (which is rare) i feel like shit and can't focus or plan my day out. I usually plan my days around lifting!

take some A02 off cycle, that'll get your pumps/weights/intensity back damn near close to on cycle
 
I try not to think of it like that! I know that there is no way that I can keep all the strength and size as when I am on. almost no one can. I think of it like this after 1 12-16 week cycle for the year versus not doing that 12-16 week cycle.... how much bigger and stronger am i?? I just look at it like I did 15-20 years of natural training in 7-10 years time. kind of like fast forwarding your training 2 for 1

i wouldnt say its that good... but it has its place... intensity yes... but still not near being on...
will say it is one of the best legal supplements ;)
 
No problems stopping Oxicontin and percs after my quad tendon injury...but gear....now thats a problem. It seems I think that our self idenity gets so wraped up in our outward apperence. It is very bad for me after 22 years of competing...I knmow nothing else. Kinda scary.

Comparing AO2 to aas is a joke. I've used AO2 and was very disappointed. I even went way way over the recommended dosage to try and see some results. I went up to 18-20 caps a couple times at 250 to see if made any difference. Really didn't notice much.

It could work better for others I suppose.
 
I have tried many, and still continue to use various recreational drugs. However gear is by far my favorite. Overall it makes me feel and look better with the least amount of side effects in comparison to other things I could be using.

if u looked in the dictionary under addicive personalities, u would see my face. i wouldn't say i'm addicted to AS but close. i've been using them for 13 years now. i proved to myself i wasn't an addict by not taking any AS for 1.5 years a couple years back. YES it sucks being off but my new plan since last summer's cycle is to just tell myself ED i'm on. that way my diet and training stays on point. sounds like horseshit but it is working for me. i've been addicted to X, xanax and weed. i kicked them all. maybe just a few blunts a week, ok ok. but as far as being an addict to AS, no. but i sure do love 'em. also i find that i keep more focused on diet and training by visiting this site daily just like everyone does when they're on.
 
I think we're all more addicted to the results we get from using them rather than the products themselves. Plus most people probably may subconsciously attempt to train and eat bigger and harder when "on" just because of the motivational factor it can have.

And on a totally unrelated topic...cheers to banging asian chicks :beer:

tried it... little more stamina... good legal sup compared to all the energy drinks out there... but not even close to AAS in ANY way shape or form...
 
I can take it or leave it to be honest
I know how to diet and supplement right to maintain most or all of my strength and fulness while Im off a cycle
I really only am on the shit when Im prepping for a show. So Im dieting hard and doing cardio. The AAS is just there to help me get into contest shape.
Offseason when Im gaining size I do very very little if any AAS and I maintain 270 pretty effortlessly and have great workouts.
