K kronk Guest Jan 8, 2003 #2 Each cc of oil is = 1ml. So lets say for exampl you have Sust 250 and you want 250mg, you would draw up 1 cc and you would have it. Dosage for let depends on what you are taking. The tabs are usually 2.5mg. 1/2 tab to a tab is usually just right.
