Lethargy & steroids

For me my energy level is quite good, while on cycle when I workout in the morning, when I have worked out at night after a long day is not as good, what I do is have some complex carbohydrates, like whole grains or vegetables before my workout.

For me eating small carb meals thorugh out the day help me maximise my glycogen storage, the amount of carbohydrates you eat determines the amount of glycogen stored in the liver and muscles, which inturn greatly affects your performance.

Even when cutting and consuming low amount of carbs I still divided them up throughout the day, and this really works well for me.

This is exactly what I do daily. Spread those carbs out so that my body never feels that crash effect. I am cutting hard right now but what little carbs I am eating I spread over the entire day. Great post for discussion Radar.
 
im about as energetic as bricks.. but i am on low carb to cut up someon give me some advice for ... trucks sakes

Bren This is what i do before i work out, I eat a bowl of Raisins,or Grapes, Then i down one Scoop of N2KTS (NTBM,and 4 power chew tablets) this gives me explosive power the rest of the day, however This does nothing to build muscle,so later i have a large glass of Milk and 6 tablets of Gear(NTBM)ntbm=RADAR15 for 15% off.

only things to ever give me lethargy is beastdrol and tren. Two of the most toxic AAS.

Tren is from the insomnia I'm almost sure of though

anything toxic makes me feel like garbage...
 
Take enough of the CNS stimulants of your choice and you'll have plenty of energy. You may not ever sleep again, but that just leaves you with more time to train!
 
Patrick Arnold wrote an article in Muscular Development recently suggesting that published studies indicate that much of the lethargy on cycles relates to thyroid suppression.
 
ive noticed the lethargy with superdrol while on low carb diets, even a little boost in carbs made a noticeable difference. would something like need2slin also help?
