first shot went "ok", girl stabbed me 3 times before realizing it has to actually break the skin.. 22 gauge didnt feel to well in glute, im gonna go 23-25 from now on.. im just startin to feel the pumps from the dbol.. my chest/legs feel like their going to explode.. back tomorrow.. WEEEE
 
Good base - make sure you don't rely on the cycle to build - your body already builds well w/o the stuff. Make sure your diet & training are spot on & you should get great results!

my diet is pretty on.. though its alot more calories than normal.. im probably gonna lose some of my abs.. but hey thats what winters for.. BULK im not really training much different just heavier than normal, i was doin 5x5 for about a month before i took my first shot so i think my tendons and ligaments should have an easier time handling the increases because they are used to heavy
 
Your eyes tell me you need more sleep and you might want to take better care of them teeth......

As a matter of fact I think I will be ready to post up a pic in the next 8 weeks or so when my cycle is over.

so im 4 days in.. had off and on headaches for the past 2 days.. pumps in the gym yesterday seemed alot more than normal.. i woke up with my head pounding today.. took my 5mg of pink thai..aifm sprays.. ate .. and now its gone.. just wondering are these headaches going to last for the whole 4 weeks im takin the dbol?
 
your going to get huge and strong

Lean protien sources should be carried with you at all times.
also make sure you get enough fiber with that protien


also Dbol and EQ together can be very hard for many do together
(blood pressure)

you will probably drop the dbol earlier as the EQ will take hold in 2-3 weeks
 
Looking Solid! As everyone has said, keep geting in those cals and you should see very nice gains from that cycle. Keep us posted bro!

nice seperation between upper and lower chest..you can tell you do benching a lot because of the front delts chest and tris are all large compared to the rest of you...i would work on side delts, forearms, and i can't really tell because it's from the front but i would work on back, doing heavy deadlifts with no straps (that'll increase forearms a little also)


but good luck, you should really blow up and as everyone said you have a good base

Wrist curls, reverse curls, hammer curls and no straps :)

I try to include Hammer curls into all of my bicep/forearm workouts. I love them. I usually follow them up with reverse curls. I am not blessed with big forearms so I have to really work at them to grow. However, I do have small joint/bone structure, so they actually look bigger than they are at times. Guess its a trade off that has its plus and negatives...:)

A couple things...

AIFM and Aromasin?

Whats your diet like? You seem like you have a fast metab so you should be getting 4k cals + to actually put on some good size.

Drink lots of water.

Thats a very heavy cycle for a beginner. Arnold probably used something like that back in the day. :o
 
im just playin with the dosages of aifm/aromasin at this point, im doing 2 sprays a day and aromasin eod .. so far no signs of gyno or bloat.. i might drop the aromasin off.. but im givin it a week or so, once my test kicks in ill know if i need it or not..

2nd shot went "ok" again.. girl stabbed me in the ass with that 22 gauge again.. 2nd try got it in there.. 1cc test 1.5cc eq... im up 5 pounds right now.. only 5 days in.. dont know if its the gear or my diet workin on its own..
did back yesterday.. the dbol pumps were CRAZY.. doing deads i kinda felt a slight discomfort as far as tightness goes.. forarms on the other hand.. my veins might have bursted if i did another set.. my gf was about to cry it was so crazy looking.. i couldnt move my wrists they were so tight.. dbol=winner

if you are gaining that fast i think you are gaining bloat and not really noticing it, but you will...make sure you keep the aromasin in the cycle.
 
i agree, but honestly i cant see it anywhere.. where would it start to show first? my face?.. honestly my diet was shit before i hopped on this cycle, i was below my normal weight also .. that 5 pounds might have just been due to my calories gettin where they need to be.. and with my metabolism.. my weight fluctuates 67 pounds from waking up to going to sleep.. duno what that means though.. so where should i see the bloat start first?

It will vary from person to person. I first start to notice it in my stomach and face.

That 5-lbs is gonna be from both an increase in calories (muslce glycogenation and water retention from increased insulin), and also from the weight you stated being below when starting the cycle. You may want to post up a rough estimate of what you will be eating each day for everybody to critique for ya.

One thing to remember is that after weeks 4 when the dbol is finished, you will have one less estrous compound to worry about. Therefore, I would really judge on joint soreness and sex drive to make sure you are not overkill in the AI department. If those should occur, and you are still taking both AIFM/Aromasin, i'd drop one. I'd drop the Aromasin save it for another cycle (or keep on hand) and just use the AIFM for the remaining of cycle and PCT.

Congrats my man, you are on your way. Do not be afraid to gain a few pounds of fat...like you stated in you original post. In other words, do not try to "lean-Bulk." With your body structure, it would take an aweful lot of fat gain to make you look really sloppy. Also, judging on your body-type, after this cycle is over, you could probably lose some of the fat with a quick cutter and diet change. But wait until this cycle is over before worrying about that. My 2 cents.

you hit the nail on the head.. theres always time to lean out.. leanness has never been a problem.. its the bulk that dont come easy haha.. chest time tonight.. first time with chest since ive really felt the dbol.. well see how it goes..
 
chest workout went well.. felt really strong pumps in chest and front delts.. did some bis also.. my arms swole up about 2''.. had my gf askin "and how big are u going to get on this stuff.."

not much strength gains yet.. only 5 days in i think im expecting too much.. muscles feel real full.. is there going to be a dramatic increase in strength instantly or is it going to just be small steady gains.. im taking 5mg tablets of pink thai anabol.. 5mg spread every 3-4 hours or so, 10mg before workout.. 35mg a day total
 
my ass is sore.. anyone got a comment about the strength increase from the dbol? i feel pumps thats nice..
 
taking 60-70mg d-bol day I have gained about 85# on my bench. week 1 I did 315#3-4 reps just did chest today and got 415# for 2

i was around 215 but i was normally sittin around 220.. 10-11% bf

previous diet history.. i never had an "on key" diet.. i have a crazy metabolism .. ive never had to watch what i eat.. i could easily get crazy low digit bf % if i just put the effort in..

6 weeks in im up about 5-6 lbs.. no visual bloat so far..

legs tonight.. deep squats felt great.. although my quads and hammy were so tight i could hardly walk.. calves felt GREAT ..everything was swolen feeling and tight.. dbol pumps are insane.. still no real strength increase yet

I agree. I am 210 right now with some added fat - based on how skinny he is I would say he has to be taller than 6'3"...closer to 6'5 to be 220 and that thin.
 
last nights shot went in like a hot knife in some butter.. barely felt it.. been gettin queezy during the shots so this time i ate before.. went great.. massaged like crazy afterwards.. no soreness today.. back workout yesterday went well.. still not seeing much of a strength increase just some lower back pumps.. and swellling up while lifting.. i dont think ive even began to feel the dbol yet?
 
early morning chest workout.. everything felt much tighter.. was able to pump out a couple of extra reps with about 10lbs heavier than my last chest workout.. on flat bench.. close grip increased also.. chest felt much fuller and looked it too.. 9 days in..im guessing the anabol is working im just not seeing the results as far as strength/size as i thought i would.. im eating everything in sight.. ive gained about 7 pounds but not very visible weight.. im pretty sure most people start feeling the dbol within the first week.. maybe i should up my dosage?

right now.. i do 5mg every 3-4 hours.. 10mg before working out.. 35mg a day total..

i was a pitcher, hence my semi lean build.. never really bulked when i was younger.. now im not playin baseball so i want to get huge.. on my way.. anyone with any dbol comments? when should i feel the full effects
 
They say Roger Clemems is only 6'4 235. He looks alot bigger then that if you ask me.

I wonder how much dbol he uses , LOL??

One thing to remember, is that when you are on cycle, sometimes you do not really realize how much you are growing (and gaining) because you see yourself everyday. Others will be able to tell. You will notice most when you come off your cycle. Also, you will always feel like you are never big enough.....unless you are like pro size I imagine, I think.

Sometimes when bulking, when you lose your cuts, you will not feel as big with your shirt off...unless you are somebody like Galaxy or Quadsweep:) However, with your shirt/clothes on, they should be getting noticeably tighter.

An easy way to add in some calories is by adding in some extra scoops of dextrose (or lemon-lime gatorade powder) post-workout. As well, spoon down a ton of All-Natural Peanut Butter at night before bed.

At your height and build, it will probably take a lot for you to get fat (and I do not necessarily mean smooth).

Remember, you do not all of a sudden get fat over night, so it's not like if you see it coming to a point where it is unbearable, you can't cut back on some calories. I'd slam as much down and taker advantage of things while you can, especially while the dbol is present.

squats feel wonderful on dbol.. calf raises on the other hand can cause some PAIN.. cramped up pretty bad.. even after drinkin a gallon and a half of water yesterday and 3 bananas haha..
 
so i decided to change the pin after drawing the 2 1/2 ccs from the test/eq vials.. i must say.. i am a moron for not doing this before.. shot went so smooth i cant even tell i took one last night.. i took yesterday off from the gym, was overtraining a little i think i wanted to slit my wrists and die.. i hate missing workouts.. hittin chest hard today
 
no soreness today.. chest/bi/tris earlier..
bench went up in reps and weight.. bicep pumps were unreal.. i felt JACKED leavin the gym, couldnt touch my shoulders the blood was makin my arms so tight

im about 10 days in.. i still dont know if im feeling the effects of the dbol.. weight is up a little.. strength really isnt goin up any more than i was without gear.. reps just increase a little.. i always heard of the "unreal" strength increases.. maybe its still early? any info here bros?
 
ok i no longer doubt this anabol.. 4th set i repped out my max from 2 weeks ago 2 1/2 times got caught on third, maxing again next week see how it turns out.. pumps are insane.. shots are going smooth.. been changing the pins out after i draw .. it slides in SMOOTH, the 2 1/2 cc of test/eq , i dont even feel it go in..

my weight isnt increasing dramatically though.. just a pound here.. pound here.. i think i may be droppin fat and replacing with muscle.. because im alot more vascular and cut than i was before.. maybe im eating too clean.. my calories are UP there though.. so i dont know how this can be?

You dont need to gain 30lbs to have a successfull cycle. Those types of gains are hard to keep, I aim for 10-15.

If you are gaining 1-2lbs a week clean, you are doing good.

got kind of busy.. havent posted on this in awhile.. lets just say 22gauge 1 1/2 '' needles are big as fuck.. im goin to find some 25 gauge i think..

ive been experimenting with my AIFM/ aromasin dosages.. i kept the aromasin off for about 3 days.. and i gained 5 extra pounds almost overnight.. i think the aifm itself isnt enough to control the bloat..

my diet has been going good til i got stuck at work for 10 hours and had 2 shitty fast food meals.. and no shakes that day.. lost like 3 pounds.. shits crazy.. basically if i miss 1 day as far as calorie intake goes, i go back to square one.. and build back up from about 220.. from when i wake up in the morning and when i go to sleep at night.. my weight fluctuates 8-9 pounds.. is that normal?

about the dbol.. for some reason i think i have a high tolerance to pill form of any drug.. im taking 35-40mg dbol right now.. not really getting the "shin/calf/back pumps" people always complain about.. just sometimes lower back.. im wondering if im not dosing it high enough.. im about 17 days in and i figured id be bloated as hell, but i think i actually DROPPED bf.. strength is increasing just not dramatically like i expected and hear about..

right now im doing 10mg in the am.. 5mg 4 hours later, 20 mg before workout, 5mg before bed.. should i maybe try just doing 20 am, 20 before workout?

I'm not sure, but it kind of sounds like you are eating too clean and trying to "lean-Bulk." As long as it isn't excessive, do not worry about occasional fast foods meals. These will not cause ya to lose weight, if anything they will cause weight gain due to most fast foods being high calories. Total calorie intake will determine weight gain or loss. So, the weight loss was definately not due to the fast food. Shakes are a good way to add extra protein and calories, but they should not be used soley in the place of real food IMO. Just try to eat as much protein and carbs every 2-3 hrs and if it isn't always healthy, then don't worry about it too much. At night, add in a couple Tablespoons of Natural Peanut Butter for extra calories. Use milk in your protein drinks as well.

You should post your diet so we can take a look at it, because without a rough guide to look at, it is sort of like guessing in the wind as far as suggestions go.

my main problem is i work at a mall.. and my shifts are like 9 hours long.. so a rough diet..

Meal 1-
cream-o-wheat
3-4 eggs
4 pieces of toast
apple sauce
milk..
whey protein/muscle milk shake

Meal 2-(at work)
I try to stick with some sort of chicken like chikfila chicken sandwich
fries/potatoe wedges
chocolate shake

Meal 3-(at work)
baked potato
or some teryaki chicken
okra
corn
water
OR
Subway
foot long ham/cheese/bacon toasted :D
chips
water

Meal 4-
some sort of baked chicken/roast/steak
veggies
few bananas
whey protein/muscle milk shake

workout

Meal 5-
2-3 pb sandwiches with milk
banana
normally some sort of ice cream or cookies before i go to bed

mostly i need suggestion for like high calorie snacks.. i dont have shit to eat while im at work unless i take a break and im on my feet all day so i get hungry within 30 minutes of eating.. i think its the EQ but im always hungry... i know im leavin alot out, but like i said thats rough..

so what about as far as the dbol dosage? should i try goin to 45mg a day spread throughout? or maybe go to an am/pm dosage

This is what I would do, keep meals 2-3 the same, since you are at work, and I know it will vary. Just try to consume some protein in them, even if you have to brink a shaker bottle with protein to add to them.

This is what I would do:

Meal #1: Keep the 4 WHOLE eggs and protein (50-60grams) drink with milk (12-16oz with 1%). The bread can still be included as well. You can add some Peanut butter or healthy spread butter to the toast/bread. I try not to overdue the fruit items, but if you really like it, then just keep it in. Oatmeal or rice would be a better option though.

Meal#4: I'm not sure if you are at work at this time so let me know. You can add in a P.B. sandwich to this meal as well. You can keep the protein drink as well. Actually, for my pre-workout meals when bulking, I like to consume easily digested proteins and do not actually go overboard on the meats/chicken etc. So if you had the oats, protein drink (preferably with milk), banana, and a peanut butter sandwich, it would be fine.

Now, you have two options here...sip on a glucose drink throughout your workout or wait until post-workout and have the following:

Meal #5: 75-100 grams of whey protein with 100 grams of dextrose immediately after your workout. If you have problems finding a dextrose drink, just buy the powdered Lemon-Lime Gatorade and add it to your protein drink or separate in water. The Lemon-Lime flavor has less HFCS/fructose than the other flavors. Dextrose can be found cheap though.

Wait 1-2 hours....

Meal #6: Take the protein you originally had in Meal #4 pre-workout and add it to this meal. More the better. Keep everything else you had in this meal the same as well (P.B. Sand, etc.)...banana optional.

That's what I would do.

I wouldn't worry about increasing the dbol dosage for this cycle. Try the tips above and see if they help some first.

I'm not sure, as it would be impossible to guesstimate since it will vary so much.

i ran out of protein shake mix today.. about to go up to vitamin shoppe.. any suggestions as far as brand/type to get? ive just been taking 100% whey protein, and muscle milk.. randomly some of this red tub of "true mass"

i just bought some cytogainer and muscle milk.. i love muscle milk im not sure how good of a product it is but i can down it like candy because it tastes so good..

the cytogainer 54g of protein is 860 cals with milk, so i figure 2-3 of those a day mixed with 2/3 scoops of muscle milk 32g protein @ 640 cals will kinda help with my shitty fast food meals.. i dont want to be lean bulking i dont really know what i was was thinking.. cicis buffet here i come..it was more of an accidental adjustment in my diet.. brain fart
 
If you're gonna buy cytogainer and musclemile , go to anabolicfitness and get ISOAGB because it is a much better product. If you want carbs, then mix ISOAGB with fruit juice or gatoraide.

If you want fats , then simply sprinkle flax seeds on some of your meals or drink teaspoons of fish oil.

No need to buy that lower quality stuff

the cytogainer 54g of protein is 860 cals with milk, so i figure 2-3 of those a day mixed with 2/3 scoops of muscle milk 32g protein @ 640 cals will kinda help with my shitty fast food meals.. i dont want to be lean bulking i dont really know what i was was thinking.. cicis buffet here i come..it was more of an accidental adjustment in my diet.. brain fart

i got some new pins and i really dont like them.. 22 gauge 1 1/2 inch.. i think im about to go to 25 gauge and try for a delt/quad injection.. i was usin 22 inch pins before they went alot smoother.. the syringes im using now are hard as fuck to draw into.. and my girl aint even strong enough to aspirate that shit haha.. anyway.. shot went ok.. stung like hell.. just from the alcohol swab.. i wipe it down before i inject (overcautious)

on that note, i havent woke up one single day the past week and a half without a full blown morning wood.. i mean i used to get them randomly but jesus its EVERY morning now.. its so fuckin hard to have your morning piss when u gotta duck down and bend over at the waist to get it in the toilet.. thought id share that with whoever wants a laugh

Are you using a 18 or 20G needle to draw up the solution first? If not, you might want to try it out. I use a 20G needle to draw up all of my solutions into the syringe. Afterwards, I just take off the 20G and screw back on the 22/23/25G needle to inject.

I love Proviron, but in your case, i'd probably wait on it. I find it more useful in cycles that are harder on the libido. Since you are not having any libido problems, you will not need it for that. Right now while bulking, you do not really need it for its hardening effects. Also, since you are gaining off the cycle nicely (+10-11 lbs), I doubt its SHBG binding properties will make that much of a difference as well. I'd just save your money for the time being. I might come in more useful for when you have progestins within your cycle (trenbolone or nandrolone).

btw...Don't forget about Deads on leg day.

im drawing with 22 gauge and then injecting with a fresh 22 in the glute.. 25 gauge sounds fun
 
I dunno about highschool track runner part. I was a high school sprinter hurdler and I would have loved to have his muscle mass at that time wit my 5% bodyfat.

He has alot more muscle then that... Give the guy some credit. I think he should do some upper chest benches and some isolation. His arms compared to his body are small. It doesn't look like he does any curls. I think he should do some superset on the guns to get them bigger.

Ayway he has more muscle then those skinny high school track kids , LOL (I was one of them...)

maxed chest today.. flat bench went up 25 pounds in 3 weeks..incline about 20.. decline around 30. ok.. i admit it the strength gains are there.. i just havent really "felt" it.. now that i see it i realize it.. i cant seem to make myself fatigued.. no matter how many reps/weight/sets i do.. seems like i cant get to failure.. i mean ya i fail during a set, but 5 minutes later i dont feel fatigued anymore

currently my back workout normally consists of.. bent over barbell row, seated rows, lat pulls, standing row, back extension w/45lbs at chest, good mornings.. i really need some work on my lower back lower lat area.. so any help would be great

some more pics.. i know my lats need work.. i dont really know why they dont grow.. what are some techniques you guys use.. im lookin for thickening and widening workouts

im on my feet all day long, and tossin weights around for fun, they dont know too much sometimes

If you're referring to the curvature of the lower spine , it doesn't look bad

make sure your lat pulldowns are with proper form and make sure your arms are stretched wide. i am 6'5" and was always thin built. started pre cycles at 210. basketball player. i have been lifting for YEARS, but lifting for bulk only 2 and a half years. I have only run 2 test12wk/tbol 4 wk cycles and am up to 250lbs. I never thought i would be "beefy" but I am, SPREAD the arms and do HEAVY weight 5x5. lat pulldowns and chin pullups boi!

I just finally started up deadlifts after having babied my back for the last 7 years do to a back injury. My lower back is killing me but in a gooood way!!

It's not the bar...
It's your range of motion

Use the pivot of your back to pull the bar backward , but once your back is straight (0 degrees or straight up) arch the back more as if your sticking out your chest and pull the bar in towards your stomach at the same time.

You should feel a squeeze in the middle of the back.
I find these to be intense if done in this manner

I do these stiff legged as well. I stretch all the way forward to get a good hamstring stretch and it forces me to use full range of motion
