maxed chest today.. flat bench went up 25 pounds in 3 weeks..incline about 20.. decline around 30. ok.. i admit it the strength gains are there.. i just havent really "felt" it.. now that i see it i realize it.. i cant seem to make myself fatigued.. no matter how many reps/weight/sets i do.. seems like i cant get to failure.. i mean ya i fail during a set, but 5 minutes later i dont feel fatigued anymore
currently my back workout normally consists of.. bent over barbell row, seated rows, lat pulls, standing row, back extension w/45lbs at chest, good mornings.. i really need some work on my lower back lower lat area.. so any help would be great
some more pics.. i know my lats need work.. i dont really know why they dont grow.. what are some techniques you guys use.. im lookin for thickening and widening workouts
