Let me hear your opinions on what I should eat for my 1st cheat meal!!!!!!

This is my first week and i have already lost 5 lbs--heres a quick view on my diet--:Just an example
Start eating between 7:00am-8:30am-then i eat every 2.5 hrs.
1st meal-oatmeal w/2 scoops protein
2nd meal-MRP
3rd-4.9 oz chicken, cup of brown rice
4th-MRP
5th-lean steak or chicken again and sweet potatoes
6th-MRP
Gallon H2O and unlimited veggies
I eat same amount of protein as I do carbs

Anyway I feel like its a holiday cuz tomorrow night I get my first cheat meal and I CAN EAT WHATEVER I WANT!!

Here is my idea--Large sausage and pepperoni pizza and after that 2 huge scoops of chocolate chip ice cream from Baskin Robbins.. Give me what you guys eat for a cheat meal
 
yep, i would say pizza and ice cream too. i'd get coffee ice cream and probably get a dominos pizza, maybe the hawaiian deal and wash it down with chocolate milk...lol. :P
 
man--we have this place in So. Cal. called "BJ's Restaurant" and their pizza is awesome--its so thick and greasy and cheesy and meaty aaaaaaa
 
Hahaha.. ya I would defintaly go with Pizza bro. THe biggest greasiest meat loving pizza! Its the best fattiest food around.

The trick is to go with a non-franchise place, like pizza hut or something like that. Go with a private place like a steak house or something that has a rep for good pizza. There are a few places around me like that that make em ... and they are huge cheesy meaty homeade pizzas, damn their good.

Dip your pizza in Donair sauce or ceasar dressing, (very good), wash it down with some chocolate milk, and follow it with some Turtle flavoured iceream! Thats a good cheat meal to me. DAmn ... thats making me hungry.

Make sure you eat the whole pizza too, or its not a "legit" cheat meal if you eat the leftovers for breakfast the next day.

Thats what im talking about. Go for the little private spots. You have to find them first, but then they are a hidden secret. I find that the meat on the franchise pizzas dosent even taste like meat. We have a place here called Big Buds Pizza. Damn its good, and filling too. I can usually eat a 14" pizza no problem, but his is a huge challenge.
 
by far pizz is definetly the way to go with a bunch of other stuff hhahah
 
Right on mavy! I have this out of the way hub "Bias" that is the best pizza i've ever tasted, i literally start drooling the instant i walk in a smell them cooking.

Hahaha ... yep .. i am just gonna stop reading this thread right now. It aint no cheat day for me today.

Since you know someones going to say it anyway.....let me put it out there. PUSSY! There, now no matter where this thread goes, we all know it's complete. To be honest though I would have the same thing I'm having right now. That's a 40 of Colt 45 and toco bell! Yes, right now I would have to say this is the SSHHIIIIIITT!
 
its amazing how much those little foods that i am used to eating i take advantage of an example would be honey nut cheerios in whole milk, or peanut butter and jelly sandwich--man i cant wait----oh yea my meal will be like 2 hours of continuous eating--i dont care how full i get

i have exactly 8 hours and counting to my cheat meal which will be my 5th meal of the day and i have it planned out.. First since i love cheeseburgers and pizza i am gonna take advantage of both. so on my way to the pizza place i am gonna stop at McDonalds and have 1 $1.00 Double cheeseburger, then go to the pizza place and order 1 large pepperoni and sausage pizza and dipping sauce of choice which is Ranch and continuous Mountain Dew and Coke--then if i am still hungry which I wont be but if I am then i will order spicy buffalo wings--i will wait about 20 minutes then go directly to Baskin Robbins where i will demand 2 HUGE scoops of chocolate chip ice cream on a sugar cone--then hopefully i will be so full of grease that i will come home and pass out.......

You're going to be sick man. it will all be worth it though. McDonald's though? I would stop by Wendy's and get the 3/4 pound burger. You might as well have your pizza on hand with the burger - then you can alternate bites and not fill up on one without being able to eat the other one.

i used to do cheat meals at night, now i cheat at my morning meal. anybody heard of kolachie factory? yea I go in there and eat kolachies and cinnamon rolls until people I get weird looks
 
My little cousin works at Joeys fish and chips. Every wed. or something like that they have all you can eat fish and chips. She told me that there is this HUGE bodybuilder that goes in there and eats over 20 peices of fish. No one there can belive it. Thats quite a few cals packed down. Keep in mind these are big greasy battered peices of fish. Im sure his arteries love it. Thats quite a weekly cheat meal.

I know some people that literally live from one cheat day to the next thinking about it, anticipating it - fucking pathetic.
make a clean refeed and call it a day, get used to the 'good' food :martini:

please--give me a break--like i live my life going from cheat meal to cheat meal--but im not gonna lie i sure as hell anticipate it and so does everyone else on this board--you probably havent even tried a heavy cutting diet cuz if you did you would understand and you sure dont

Take er easy bro ... its a reward system. Not to many people I know live their lives waiting for cheat day.
