Lesson on "dieting..."

Super Halo Man

New member
Too many people make the mistake of thinking that "diet" is something you do in order to lose weight. This thought, the food pyramid, and "diet plans" are wrong.

My name is Ethan de Sade, a professional wrestler on the northeastern circuit. I had the whol weight problem and was in the boat that many still have trouble getting out of... being overweight.

If you want to make a change in your life, then you need to first realize that "diet" isn't something you do, it is what you consume. Unfortunately, many think they know what they are doing, might see results at first, but see those results fade as quickly as they came. The eating 3 meals a day is a farce... 3 meals a day does not feul your body often enough to make it what it should be.

In order to boost your metabolism, you must eat more often, in smaller portions. I, personally, eat 7-9 times a day. Now reaize that these are not "meals." You feul your body with the sufficient amount to where you are not hungry and stop. Portions should be no larger than your fist and make sure that what you use as "feul" is sensable.

Diet pills can work, and do in most cases... but your weight loss and what you do depend on you, what you eat and what you do to burn the fat.

I lost 40 lbs. in one month on my plan and another 20 since the start of the year. I am looking and feeling much better. I hit the weights hard and strive to look my best. Don't be afraid to search for help... the right people can and will help you.

The first two weeks are where you wil have the hardest time sticking with the commitment. This is your "detox" period, the time it takes for everything to leave your system... After this time, it gets much easier and you feel better now that the bad shit is out of your system.

That is pretty much it... Get a good workout regimen going according to what you wish to make of yourself, find what is good for you to eat, and stick with it all. And if you "cheat," don't be a shithead... be senseable.

Thanks. I do my homework on this shit. I went through it all and I am not even looking to ake money off of people. I am looking to be happy.

You loist 40 pounds in 1 mongth?

Were you clean or using "supplements" ? How much muscle did you loose?

SHouldnt you loose 1-2 pounds per week? not 6 pounds?

reply please!

thanx!

It was 25 pounds in the first two weeks, 15 in the second two... No supplements, strict discipline and working with it.

It was fat that I lost as muscle and strength even increased...

Sounds fishy, but it works. Trust me.

WHAT WORKS???

Break it down for us. I'm very curious as to how you lost 40lbs in 1 month. You're being very vague, which leaves a whole lot questions.

I'm waiting on the details on "my plan", or is this, perhaps, a sales pitch?

im pretty sure he was fatigued the whole time while losing precious muscle mass,

i know from experience been there done that!

Hmm... it is strange how people do not believe this.

Meal plan:

Old: 3 meals/day
New: 7-9 portions/day

Carb intake:

Old: 400-500g/day
New: 50-150g/day

Fat intake:

Old: Estimated 80g+/day
New: 20g (average)/day

Protein:

Old: Around 50g/day
New: 200-300g/day

With this, I did mild cardio, heavy ab work, and just manual labor. It was strict, shocked the body, and I maintained it all while getting back into my lifting. If any lean muscle mass went, it obviously was not much if at all. The majority of the weight was around the gut as when I am overweight, that is where it builds up. I lost fat around the legs, some around the arms, and the back cut up. I simply cut eating the shit, as my diet was the shits and made a commitment to get into shape.

You can lose the fat and keep the muscle, that is the point of cutting up. You just have to be smart about it. I just lost the weight, toned the muscle again, and was back to where I was when I left off... and in some aspects, even better than I was.

:kaioken:

And for your information, I was very energetic throughout the time. Never felt better. You feel good when you are not constantly eating shit after shit. Now, no shit enters this body. Maybe this is broken down enough for you. All you need is the plan of attack and that being the 7-9 fist-sized portions/day, sensable food, a good regimen, and the will to do it. You can go on and off of your "diets" all you want. You can take what I say and ignore it, but I know what works as I have tried it all. If it wasn't how I did it, I would not have said it as such... and no, it isn't some sales pitch... I am just a pro-wrestler who wants to look, feel, and be his best... and spread some info to others.

Um, right, try upping the fat a little bit, like say a couple hundred percent and then it will be a healthy diet.

I keep the fat low, keep the carbs mild, protein high and it works great. I started at 230 and am down to 180. Altogether, I lost 60 lbs, but I gained quite a bit of muscle.

That's alot of weight for anyone to lose.

DNP, clen, eca, whatever.
I'm not trying to be rude, but come on, i think you might be skiping a minor detail, or perhaps streaching the truth just a tiny bit.

i'd like to know your training routine prior/post diet.

Bro, I am not stretching the truth in the least. It's all about motivtion and commitment. This is no sales pitch, I have nothing to hide and nothing to lie about. Just work hard at it.

Actually Halo man MAYBE right.

I have read a study that says that very overweight persn CAN loose tons of weight and keep all muscles safe. Howeever when your bodyfat is low, THEN it is hard to maintain muscle. When you are drasticly overweoight, fat surves as a fuel... Howeever ones your fat reserves reach single digits, it starts to be a different song all together.

I was wondering how this thread got bumped... :)

Yes, I had a lot of unwanted fat to lose. It gets harder later in the game, but with hard work, it isn't impossible.

I'm so big, I'm fucking great... :)
