Too many people make the mistake of thinking that "diet" is something you do in order to lose weight. This thought, the food pyramid, and "diet plans" are wrong.
My name is Ethan de Sade, a professional wrestler on the northeastern circuit. I had the whol weight problem and was in the boat that many still have trouble getting out of... being overweight.
If you want to make a change in your life, then you need to first realize that "diet" isn't something you do, it is what you consume. Unfortunately, many think they know what they are doing, might see results at first, but see those results fade as quickly as they came. The eating 3 meals a day is a farce... 3 meals a day does not feul your body often enough to make it what it should be.
In order to boost your metabolism, you must eat more often, in smaller portions. I, personally, eat 7-9 times a day. Now reaize that these are not "meals." You feul your body with the sufficient amount to where you are not hungry and stop. Portions should be no larger than your fist and make sure that what you use as "feul" is sensable.
Diet pills can work, and do in most cases... but your weight loss and what you do depend on you, what you eat and what you do to burn the fat.
I lost 40 lbs. in one month on my plan and another 20 since the start of the year. I am looking and feeling much better. I hit the weights hard and strive to look my best. Don't be afraid to search for help... the right people can and will help you.
The first two weeks are where you wil have the hardest time sticking with the commitment. This is your "detox" period, the time it takes for everything to leave your system... After this time, it gets much easier and you feel better now that the bad shit is out of your system.
That is pretty much it... Get a good workout regimen going according to what you wish to make of yourself, find what is good for you to eat, and stick with it all. And if you "cheat," don't be a shithead... be senseable.
