Tomorrow is my first carb-up refeed day. I'm planning to do it once a week to keep my leptin levels high.
I was wondering what are the best foods to eat for the carb up. I'm going to go 50% above maintenace.
High GI? Low GI? Is fructose ok? Dairy ok? I should keep the fat low and carbs and protein high, correct ?
