ok guys...need some help...did a new leg routine today. quads only,,,,,and i think i overtrained them....i never thought i honestly could say that but they have given out on me 3 times today....and its kinda embbarassing falling at work in front of people and look like a big pussy,,,,,i have been taking glutamin all day and have drank a gallon of water and eaten over 4000 cals today....is there anything else i can do....?
