wtf, im not sore right now!!! i told myself i didnt wanna be able to walk when i got home...but maybe the soreness will hopefully come tomorrow:
i got there and did a 20 minute run and then (my first 20 repsetsquat)
-squat x 20, 15, 10, 5, 3
-leg press x 10, 8, 6, 4
-some weird endurance wrestling exersise
-leg curls 3x12
-leg extensions 3x8 -then we decided we wernt doing enoguh weight and wanted to find something good to do for our leg extensions, so we kept going up, from 165, then 180, 195, 210, 225, 240, 255 (each once) and we got all of them... i know it doesnt tell much since we did it once, but i was doing 90, 105, (and normally 120 but i did 135) so for a question:
how much weight should i start at if im doing 3x8 and i could barely get 255 once- is it possible to tell or should i experimient?
-then i did calves 4x12
