Ok, I didn't post my chest workout up... the only GOOD thing that came out of it is that I did 225 on incline for 5 reps... it's an all time best since my shoulder injury... let's just say the rest of my workout was "lack of gas".
Thursday Night Leg Night
Front Squats -- Warmup Bar & 135 x 10
185x10
225x6
245x4
245x5 -- on a note, the F.Squats went awesome again... I am looking forward to going LOOOOOW... I am going down to the absolute furthest depth I can go... my ass/hammies are touching my soleus.. without a problem now.
Zercher Squats -- Warmup Bar

205x4 -- Not sure if this is a PR or not... I'll have to check my numbers...
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts
135x10, 225x8, 275x6
Leg Curls -- 2 sets of 20
Calves -- Standing 3 sets Stack +45 x 20
Seated 3 sets 6 plates x 12
Tonight... it just felt good... I had an "old timer" come up and comment on the Zerchers... he was a rather large guy... kinda reminded me of my Uncle Woo... he said he had 2 herniated disks... and that it was tough for him to do weights like he did 25 years ago... but he got a "shot" so he can come workout... and that he remembers doing exercises like that back in the day and he gave me a "fist punch"
That was a good moment.
