I have been posting my workouts up on ChemicalMuscle, but I felt this one was really worth it, since I still can't walk today.
Last week I did speed squats @ 20 reps for 3 sets... and other exercises too...
This week... I upped it..
3 Sets of Speed Squats @ 20 reps with 155lbs
Zercher Squats - 135x10, 185x8, 185x6 -- at this point, my quads and hams were torched.
Stiff legged deadlifts -- 135x10, 225x8, 225x6
Calf raises standing 3x20 reps -- stack.
It was pretty sick, and the sicker thing is I live on the 4th floor... so climbing stairs was pretty insane.
