Somehow I fucked up my knees while doing squats and deadlifts. The doc says I have chondrolomacia, which is basically a roughening of the cartilege behind my kneecap. My knees are now weak and pop and crack when i bend them.
I have to stay away from squats and deadlifts, so what to do? Anyone have any suggestions/advice? Any alternative leg exercises? Anyone else ever had this problem?
