Leg development from diff't squat methods?

Protobuilder

No, I'm not a bodybuilder. LoL I'm curious though to hear your experiences with leg growth from different types of squats. I used to do more of a powerlifter type half-squat, and my upper thighs developed nicely. Since I've switched to a more full ROM oly-type squat, I'm noticing that my upper legs aren't developing very much but I'm getting more development around the knee. I also don't seem to have as much ham activation w/ the oly-style squat.

Part of me kind of wants to start doing more half-squats to get those upper thighs growing again, but at the same time, it seems full ROM is the way to go. Just curious to hear other people's experiences.

Since going ATF (for about a year now) I have noticed unbelievable growth in my adductors. I mean the type of growth where your pants fit differently week-to-week. I've noticed that my quads go higher up now :D as well, and hams have grown a lot too (possibly due to a variety of new movements).

But definitely, the adductors stand out as having blown the hell up after ATF'ing.

I don't have a 'before' pic but here's an 'after' :)

maybe try sitting back more and slightly wider stance to keep you more upright, that should get the hammies in there.

I think the first time I did 'em I did 315x5 for a tough set, and now my 1rm is 515. But along the way I've gotten more flexible and I go deeper than when I first started going as deep as I could. And let's now forgot the drug cycle I ran...

Still, even drug-free I gained a ton on 'em in the course of that year.
