Leg Day made me sick... literally!

O boy. Do I feel ill. Just finished a mammoth leg day where I really pushed myself and even did real squats for a change. I finished up on the squats till I was exhausted.

Went up to get changed and felt so sick and went into one of those cold sweats. Had to run to gym loo to be sick. I could bearly walk back to the office from the gym! Both legs were shaking uncontrollably. Id never experienced this before.

Im feeling a little bit better now 30 mins later. My legs feel like they dont work any more though.

Any of you guys ever make urself sick. This is the first time this has happened to me. Been training just under 5 months now.

I always feel sick/nauseous or have a massive headache after a leg workout. that's probably one of the reasons why i can't stand working out my legs in the gym. i get sick from pushing myself way to hard plus i have a habit of holding my breath when i'm lifting which is what probably gives me the headache too. if you search, i think there is another thread on leg day sickness.

Normal for a GOOD ASS leg workout bro..
There are probably dozens of posts just like this one and the same replies stating something like:
"Welcome to the party Pal"
 
Yeah :) ive just seen all the posts now :) I feel privilaged to be in the club... I feel good now an hour on:) my legs still aint workin though. Think ill be screwed for a few days:)

Join the club. The trick is to squat on a nearly empty stomach, dont eat for at least an hour before squatting. Tigh belt and 400 pounds on yourback is bound to make you see your last meal again - ugh!

Correct it asap or you will get in a bad cycle, even the thought of leg day will make you nauseous...
