well i am just starting to see some size coming around in my chest but my left pec is lacking behind my right one. Any suggestions here? I think it could be do to the fact, that I always pratice alot of right sided chest poses.

LoL. Sorry dude, I just thought that was funny.

Anyways, like beast was hinting at, you could always use dumbells to try and work each side evenly. I, however, think that if you just continue to add mass to both pecs they will eventually even out. Don't cheat the right one by working it less and waiting for the left one to catch up.

In other words...don't worry about it mang, just keep liftin.

i feel your pain man, i have the same problem. it's really disheartening sometimes, but i struggle on. i try to do more db work, but i've been using incline bb for 5x5. both sides are getting bigger, but the left is not catching up fast enough. any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

damn genetics, just keep pushing on and dont let it get you down. I use to have imbalances, they all seemed to work themselves out tough....it takes time

no one will ever notice it unless you point it out dude, just keep liftin and get em both HUGE, slight imbalance or not. Most people have this to some degree
