When I am ON cycle, it seems that when I start adding the weights, my left elbow joint cant take the stress. It may be the connector ligament for the bicep, I'm not sure. Although the pain feels like it is deep, I only feel it on pull lifts for the bicep and not the push lifts for the tricep. Also, when I am sitting still and my arm sits in one place for very long, it gets stiff as hell. Any ideas?
What type of supps, would work for strengthening liaments and tendons?
Rinning Test-E, Dbol, and EQ. right now. Will the EQ act as a joint lube later in the cycle?
