Btw. About the debate. Lebanon and the arab world cried long about UN resolutions 425 & 426 for an Israeli withdrawal from South Lebanon, maybe they should all now be putting those same energies into UN resolution 1559.

He's a neocon. Look up the definition. You have some liberals and some conservatives who have adopted the once abandoned liberal policy of spreading democracy. Hence the phrase neconservatism in which you adopt the old spread the democracy policy.
