Leaving the pin in!

Who leaves the pin in on machines so the next guy that comes can see what weight you were lifting? haha

Come on, I know I'm not the only one that does this on occasion. Admit it.

I use one machine for incline bench and thats about it.

My gym has a really nice leg press machine I like. Its nice because you don't have to waste precious energy putting all the damn plates on. Other than that, I pretty much use free weights or cable stuff. I've gotten some nice gains using machines though.

I don't leave weights around for others to clean up. Its a piss me off and if a catch a guy doing it ill brake his skull.

oh brother you'd die here in south fl. people leave the leg press with 5-6 45lbs plates on each side, the dumbells on the floor everywhere, they blow their noses and throw the paper to the floor, nasty benches with sweat on the head side, etc...is nasty. 3rd world. But you can't say shit here because of course....racism.

Same here, on top of that I'm usually grunting so loud and obnoxiously that people see what I'm lifting.
