Leaving for Afghanistan in a month what supp should I take with. Me that I can not get there?
My stats are 40 years young
6ft 2 220 lbs around 17percent bf
My workout is 5 days a week running 3 miles a day varying speed
Mon,wed,fri weights
Bench 245 x3 max
Squat around 275 x 3
I am looking to get in better shape and get over that 300 lb bench hurdle thanks guys
