lean mass cycles

:mix: Iam 205 lb and tried sus 250 & d-bol 3 year ago tring to do another cycle and want to gain 20 lb of lean ripped mass I want six pack and all any sugestions?

It's unlikely you'll gain 20lbs of lean muscle. Run tren with whatever you get because it helps keep water off and really brings out the veins. Do the work yourself man and do some f'ing reasearch.

dont you guys love it?...haha...its so funny...especially around this time of the year....i mean yea who wouldnt love to put on 20lbs of LBM...but saying ..."yo what juice will do it for me really fast" is like....just plain fukin stupid lol EAT,SLEEP LIVE THE LIFE....

I've been busting my balls for all around symetrical growth and waited many years for AAS. I don't get it.

I get it...these are the kind of people who believe what they see on TV about AAS being a short cut or an easy way out. Anyone who has put on 20 lbs of lean mass, and know what it takes to get and maintain the results know that AAS only plays a minor role...You gotta do more than inject! That just won't get it!

Thank you, It drives me fucking crazy. I never even considered AAS until recently and I've been working out my whole life. The only reason now is I'm getting older and the old grey ain't what it use to be if you know what I mean.

Question from a newbie to this forum. I have been training for over 20 years, I`m 40. I`m 6 2" 185 lbs around 9% bodyfat. Natural! I`m interested in gaining 3 -5 lbs lean muscle. My training is top notch and my diet is great. I have some AP oxandro and was planning an 8 week cycle starting at 10 mg`s/day to 30 mg`s/day I would consider something stronger but I like my hair and my dick(both still work).What are everyones thoughts?
