Taco 8 worked well for me. HDL up LDL down which is exactly what I was looking for. Gotta have the other in pieces in place too though...

I started using Toco 8 mainly to stop my hair loss, but the benefit of maximizing cholesterol levels didnt escape me. In my multi-V from GNC, they had a couple of pills for cholesterol, one was oatmeal, and the other phytosterol I think. Anyways ill keep Toco as a staple now.
