Nah, no political agenda with this list or anything lol. Fuckers need to make up their minds, either they hate big gas guzzling evil vehicles, or they hate cars that are woefully underpowered and are better served with....gas guzzling engines. Really fucking lol @ the 1995 Ford Explorer making the list solely because it started that "evil SUV boom". And whats with hating the BMW 7 series because they crammed a lot of controls on the stick? I guess that totally negates the cars other awesome merits. The dumbass writer from the LA times or whoever apparently forgot that judging whether a car is good or not has to do with how the fucking car performs and how mechanically sound it is, and not what his opinion is of whatever cultural influences the car had.

toyota make some very economical, reliable and long lasting cars. The problem is that american and some british made cars are very heavy on gas and are all round crap, they may be big but don't handle very well and are very heavy on gas. my 2 cents

bmw 7 series? this has one of the highest extended or re lease of all cars. Lease it for 3 years and they get another 7 series. There are 5-6 other sedans in that catagory but they go for the 7 again.

I cant even believe theres even a single bmw on that list.
Time=teh suck

this pithy list proves that Time magazine should stick to reporting the travels and quotations of media stars such as madonna and oprah and leave autobmobiles to "car & driver", "autobmobile" and "road & track".

but how much can you expect from writers who think new york city is mecca and who think cars are yellow, ugly with little lights on the roof?
